                               Copyright in fictional characters, Basil, Sybil and Manuel does not subsist in English Law.  Performing impressions is common place in the UK variety industry.

All Laughlines parody / pastich shows are Laughlines original works and fall under section 30A of the Copyright Act and do not require any commercial license. 

All Laughlines shows are advertised under ‘The Sitcom Experience’, a trademark name of Laughlines Ltd.
